Travel residence again
So it's time for me to take a holiday. Tomorrow at 11:10 lifts the plane with a view towards Copenhagen, then it becomes the train over to Malmo. It will be wonderful!
On August 10 I'm back in Madrid again and until then, it will be sparse with updates to the site. In the meantime, why not take the opportunity to sample some Spanish recipes and refreshments are excellent for summertime? e.g.:
- Andalusian gazpacho - Gazpacho Andaluz
- Wrinkled potatoes with spicy sauce - Papas arrugadas con mojo picon
- Ensalada mixta - mixed salad
- Sangria
- Tinto de verano - Spanish red summer wine
