Fried anchovies - Boquerones fritos
Anchovy is common as tapa, as well as marinated in vinegar and fried well. The fish should be small, like sardines in a can of sardines. I guess you could get hold of them in a fish shop?
After an inquiry by Britt-Marie in Sundbyberg here are some recipes. Since I'm not sure if she means marinated or fried anchovies, then both.
